The Singapore Law Academy envisioned the future of litigation to have "war rooms" which would greatly increase efficiency and cost-saving. Litigation would be conducted electronically at every stage, and substantive legal analysis and collaboration with colleagues and clients could be conducted in real time, even during the course of actual proceedings. This all seemed ambitious, considering that the Academy presented this vision more than 10 years ago. Today, it appears we are on the verge of realising that vision on a broad scale.
